We use them to reply to you and to understand what you need.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Where you come from<\/strong>: if you reach the site from an ad or a tracked link, we record the campaign parameters, the page you landed on and the referring site along with your request. They only tell us which channel worked. The advertising click identifier stays on your device <strong>only<\/strong> if you accepted marketing cookies.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Optional consent to updates<\/strong>: in the form you can tick a box to receive our work and results every now and then. The site is hosted on servers in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). Emails linked to the contact forms travel through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd). Some technical resources (fonts, libraries) are loaded from third-party providers and may involve the communication of your IP address also to non-EU countries, on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"g-n\">5.<\/span>Who can see them<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/hello-elementor-child\/assets\/img\/icons\/icon-arch-lilac.png\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/h2>\n  <p>Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH), email (Google Ireland Ltd \u2014 Google Workspace), technical resource providers (Google Fonts, CDN jsDelivr\/unpkg\/jQuery) and \u2014 only if you have given consent \u2014 the providers of the measurement and marketing tools (Google, Meta) described in the <a href=\"\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>. Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"g-n\">6.<\/span>How long we keep them<\/h2>\n  <p>Contact request data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any commercial relationship, and in any case no longer than <strong>24 months from the last contact<\/strong>, unless required by law. Browsing data is kept for the technically necessary time.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"g-n\">7.<\/span>WhatsApp and social channels<\/h2>\n  <p>If you contact us through the WhatsApp button or our social profiles, the conversation takes place on the respective providers&#8217; platforms (Meta Platforms, LinkedIn), which process data according to their own privacy policies. We use your contact details solely to reply to you.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"g-n\">8.<\/span>Conversational tools<\/h2>\n  <p>Should the site provide a conversational assistant, the messages you type are processed by an artificial intelligence service provider for the sole purpose of generating the reply.
